I also usé docker, my undérstanding that is thát you can usé a dock énv with the débugger, thats nifty. Also in cómmunity version you dónt have support fór databases. To clarify, you can write code against databases just fine in the CE. The PE ádds fully integrated databasé inspectiondebugging tools.
